Shipping and Returns
Delivery Charges
A
standard delivery charge of £6.95 + VAT is added to all orders under
£75.00 for UK mainland delivery (excluding some remote areas of
Scotland and the Highlands).
Orders £75 and over delivery is Free to most UK Mainland
addresses.
We
do deliver to some offshore addresses, however this incurs additional
cost and we advise that any customer wishing to place an order for
delivery outside of the UK mainland or remote areas of scotland including the Highlands should contact us.
Delivery Times
Westmorland Packaging aim to deliver within 5 working days subject to availability of the product.
Any orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
If
you require next day delivery or a specific delivery time, please do
not hesitate to contact us at marketing@Westpac.uk.com - e-mail
PLEASE NOTE :- Heavy items are shipped
on a "roadside" service, the driver is not insured
to unpackage / check your goods and it is your responsibility
to ensure that someone is available to move the goods into
your property. Pallet deliveries are a one time attempt delivery
and if the you are not available at the agreed date to accept
delivery an additional redelivery charge will become applicable.
Collection
Collection can be made from our warehouse. We will contact you once your order has been processed and ready for collection.
Situated in Kendal, we are a 30 minute drive from the M6.
Please
ensure that you select this option during the checkout procedure and
that you have adequate space in your vehicle for you purchase.
Free Local Delivery
We
deliver on a daily basis to parts of Cumbria and weekly to others. If
you are ordering from Cumbria please select the Local Delivery during
the checkout procedure and we will contact you to arrange a convenient
delivery (subject to availability).
Returns policy
Westmorland Packaging reserves the right to charge a 15% re stocking fee for any items returned.
We will NOT under any circumstances allow special order or out of stock items to be returned.
It
is not the responsibility of Westmorland Packaging to ensure that items
are returned in good condition. We do NOT accept liability for any
items damaged in transit. If you are returning goods we suggest that
you have carrier insurance.
The
goods should be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable
condition. Westmorland Packaging reserves the right to refuse a refund.
